Karen Trainor, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Fair Oaks office, announced Adalinda (Addy) Gonzalez has joined the office as a sales associate.
Possessing five years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Gonzalez previously was a sales associate in Florida. She recently moved to Falls Church, and chose to join Weichert because of its reputation for excellence. Gonzalez has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development, which aid her in serving her clients and building her business.

* Centreville-Gateway: Sarah Moorman, manager of the Centreville-Gateway Long & Foster office, announced Jenny Dewenter as the top producer with a sales volume of $3,290,000; Jin and Nancy Han as the top listers; Cindy and Bill Glacken as the top sellers; and Mary Beth Eisenhard as the agents with the most new listings.
* Fairfax: Frank Lee, manager of the Fairfax Long & Foster office, announced Debbie Dogrul as the top producer and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $26,912,757; and Gail Durkin and Natalie McArtor as the second and third place top producers.
* Fair Oaks: Valasie August, manager of the Fair Oaks Long & Foster office, announced Ron Rush as the top producer, lister, seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $16,090,239.
