<lst>The following incidents were reported to the City of Fairfax Police Department.
<cal2>10060 Lee Highway / Outback Steakhouse – On May 20, at 8:03 p.m., officers responded to the business for a report of a female refusing to leave the business. Officers attempted to speak with the female who refused to acknowledge them. After several more attempts by officers and the management to have her leave, she still refused. She was then placed under arrest and identified as Sharon Joy Stull, 61, of May Lock Lane in Fairfax. She was arrested and was charged with trespassing.
<cal2>3500 Old Lee Highway / Fairfax High School – On May 17, at 3:10 a.m., officers responded to the school for an alarm. Officers arrived and found that someone had gained entry into the school by prying open a door. Officers also discovered the unknown person(s) had also attempted to gain entry into a vending machine. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the incident.
10100 block of Ranger Road – Sometime between May 16 and May 19, unknown person(s) gained entry into a residence. Once inside, a purse and jewelry were taken from the home. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.
<cal1>Fugitive From Justice
<cal2>10398 Democracy Lane / Probation and Parole Office – On May 20, at 1:46 p.m., officers responded to the office for a report of a subject who was wanted on an outstanding warrant. Officers arrived and identified the suspect as Conrad Clifford Arbogast, 26, of Varn Court in Falls Church. After a warrant check was performed, the suspect was found to be wanted in Montgomery County, Md. He was arrested and taken to the jail where he was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
<cal2>Parking lot of Fair City Mall – On May 19, the victim reported that a subject had exposed himself to her as she was walking through the parking lot of the mall. The victim reported that on May 8, a vehicle approached her and the driver asked for directions. As the victim approached the suspect, she noticed that the suspect was exposing his genitals to her. The victim asked the suspect what he thought he was doing, at which time the suspect drove away. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.
<cal2>11020 Main St. / Fairfax Honda – Sometime between March 29 and May 7, unknown person(s) stole a license plate off of a vehicle parked at the business for repairs.
10513 Judicial Drive Suite 101 / Brennan Law Office – On May 16, at 10:40 a.m., unknown person(s) stole a purse from a desk at the business.
10410 Eaton Place / Henry’s Towing – On May 16, between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m., unknown person(s) stole money from a vehicle being stored at the business.
9700 Lee Highway / Econo Lodge – On May 15, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., unknown person(s) stole medical papers from a person staying at the motel.
9571 Arlington Blvd. / Fairfax Circle Texaco – On May 16, at 5:37 p.m., unknown person(s) pumped gasoline into a vehicle and then left without paying.
10200 block of Stratford Drive – On May 18, at 2:15 a.m., officers responded to the area for three subjects looking into vehicles. When an officer arrived at the location, two of the subjects ran. The one remaining subject was detained. The two subjects were located hiding in a shed behind a home with the assistance of Police K9. The three subjects were found to be juveniles, two 14 years of age and one 15 years of age. Investigation revealed that one of the subjects had removed money from a vehicle; however, the owner of the vehicle could not be located. The juveniles were released to the custody of their parents. The case is currently still under investigation by the Patrol Division.
9860 Lee Highway / Fairfax Racquet Club – On May 19, between 5:20 p.m. and 6:45 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a set of keys that were left unattended at the club.
<cal2>10675 Lee Highway / Paul VI High School – On May 20, at 12:41 a.m., an officer observed a subject walking around the front of the school. As the officer approached the subject in his police vehicle, the subject ran. The officer lost sight of the subject and could not locate him. Investigation revealed that someone had placed chains with locks on some of the exterior doors to the school. There are no suspect(s) at this time.
<cal2>9654 Lee Highway / Farrish of Fairfax – On May 20, between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a gray 2003 Jeep Cherokee from the business. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.
11165 Main St. / Ted Britt Ford – On May 20, between 2:48 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a green 2001 Ford Windstar van from the business. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.
<cal2>10455 North St. / City Cleaners – Sometime between May 19 and May 20, unknown person(s) broke out a window to the business.
